We offer a 30-day return window, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
